Hosting and server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's content delivery network). When you request a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the requested URL, browser type and timestamp to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period and are not used by the controller for any other purpose.
If you write to the contact address, the message and your address are processed to answer you and kept as long as the correspondence requires. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Calendar subscription
The deadlines calendar is a static file. Your calendar application fetches it periodically; that request is a normal page request as described above.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to the contact address above.
