General Product Safety Regulation

Manufacturer and responsible-person details on every non-food product listing. In force since 13 December 2024.

Price reduction rule

Show the lowest price of the last 30 days next to any discount. In force since 28 May 2022.

Legal guarantee notice

Standard notice on the legal guarantee of conformity at the point of sale. Applies from 27 September 2026.

Packaging EPR

Electronics and batteries

Take-back registration and labelling for electronics and batteries. In force since 15 August 2018.

Digital product passport

Machine-readable product record, phased in by product group. Applies from 18 February 2027.

Verifactu

Certified invoicing software with hash chain and QR for Spanish businesses. Applies from 1 January 2027.

E-invoicing

Structured electronic invoices for B2B sales, country by country. Phasing in since 1 January 2025.

KSeF

Poland's national e-invoice system, mandatory for all VAT payers. Phasing in since 1 February 2026.

DSA trader traceability

Marketplaces must verify and display who the seller is. In force since 17 February 2024.

VAT OSS and IOSS

How this is made

Adoption figures are read from the public app marketplaces on a fixed monthly schedule and committed to a public dataset, so every app page carries its own history. Regulation coverage per app is as declared by the vendor on its listing. Native coverage per platform is written from the platform's own documentation and from having shipped apps on each of them.
